Reset your password

Password resets by email are not switched on for this system yet.

Ask an administrator to set a new password for you. They can do it in seconds, and you will be asked to choose your own the next time you sign in. Your authenticator app is not affected.

If you have lost your authenticator instead, use a recovery code on the code screen, or ask an administrator to reset it.
